Who I Am

This site is operated by Philip Wang, a freelance web developer based in Canada. When this policy says “I” or “me,” it refers to Philip Wang.

What I Collect

I collect only what's needed to provide my services:

  • Questionnaire answers — your responses about your business needs, goals, and budget. Used to generate a personalized recommendation.
  • Contact information — name and email address, provided when you submit the contact form. Used to send your recommendation and schedule a consultation.
  • Message content — anything you share in the “Anything else” field or contact form message.
  • Client code — a randomly generated 3-word code stored in a cookie so you can return to your results.

How I Use It

  • To generate and display your service recommendation
  • To send you a confirmation email with your results
  • To contact you about scheduling a consultation
  • To improve my services based on aggregate, anonymized patterns

How I Store It

  • Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with encryption at rest
  • The site is served over HTTPS with SSL managed by Cloudflare
  • Client codes are stored in httpOnly cookies (not accessible to JavaScript)
  • I do not store passwords — admin access uses a separate authentication system

Who I Share It With

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and database infrastructure
  • Resend — email delivery service (sends your confirmation email)
  • Google Analytics — anonymized usage data to understand how visitors use the site (if enabled)

Cookies

  • client_id — identifies your session so you can return to your results. Expires after 90 days. Essential for the service to work.
  • admin_session — admin authentication only. Not set for regular visitors.

I do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can request to:

  • See what data I have about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data entirely
